How did I get here? I’ve been a successful faith-based media executive & sales professional for 20 years. I’m privileged to be a founding partner with The John Maxwell Team, and I’ve received extensive training on leadership, sales, marketing, and coaching. 

The vision for Purpose & Profits Business Growth Coaching was birthed out of a clear understanding that businesses (both large and small) have to adapt and change their current thinking to succeed.

After working with large companies, ad agencies, mom and pop businesses, I’ve gained a comprehensive knowledge of what it takes to coach all types of companies and organizations through a developed system called the “5 Steps To Freedom.”

As a young adult, I learned the hard way when I owned and operated my own local retail businesses in Birmingham, Al. that you have to have a proven & predictable business growth system, or you will surely fail. When I was young, I didn’t have a strategy. 

I didn’t have a process. I had to learn the do’s and don’ts of marketing and business management and growth the hard way, and it wasn’t fun. It was painful. It’s through my own mistakes and “lack of experience” that I understand the local business world so well.

It’s a pleasure to coach people on making informed decisions about the best marketing options to fit their needs. As a marketing expert and coach, I understand that time changes how you have to get marketing exposure, especially through social media.
